Already in place

• Guest documents are kept in private storage and viewed by the host through short-lived links.
• Each host can only access the bookings of their own account.
• The support team has no access to ID documents, signatures or arrival instructions.
• No guest data is sent automatically via WhatsApp. An email notification to the host never contains ID documents, signatures, document numbers or dates of birth.

To be completed before launch

• Identity of the data controller and dedicated contact.
• Retention periods and deletion procedure.
• Individual rights and applicable procedures (CNDP / Law 09-08, GDPR where applicable).
• Processors and hosting.
