Lead guest first and last name, and dates. A unique, secure link is generated.

A WhatsApp message is prepared; you press Send yourself. Nothing is sent automatically.

The guest completes it
On their phone, no account: identity, supporting documents, acceptance of your terms and signature.

You review and approve
Check the file and documents, then manually approve the booking’s instructions.

Does the guest need an account?
No. They open their booking’s unique link and complete the form on their phone.
Is CheckinDarna an Airbnb or Booking partner?
No. CheckinDarna is independent and not affiliated with any booking platform. Airbnb and Booking are mentioned for descriptive purposes only.
Where are documents stored?
In private storage. Hosts view them via short-lived links; they are not shown in the guest summary.
When does the guest get access codes?
Only after their file is complete and you approve the instructions. Any change removes the approval.
Is information sent automatically via WhatsApp?
No. The message is prepared, but you send it. No guest data is transmitted automatically.
How many occupants per file?
Currently, the file covers the booking’s lead guest.
